Perugia is a lovely Italian city located in the mountainous Umbrian region. As with many Mediterranean areas, you can expect hot summers and cold winters. There are many great reasons why you should visit the city of Perugia. Let’s take a look:
Perugia is home to some of the finest restaurants found anywhere. The majority of local cuisine consists of a balanced mix of fish, meat, grain, vegetables and fruits. Perugia is also home to fine universities, great shopping, and the stunning Lake Trasimeno.
